Antitrust

My work has involved the evaluation of competition issues , both vertical and horizontal, in civil matters and in merger investigations. In doing so, I have used regression analysis in performing natural experiments in assessing potential anti-competitive effects as a result of merger. I have evaluated the likely definition of product and geographic markets in a number of industries.

My experience in working on competition issues has extended to many industries including, electricity, gasoline, waste collections and disposal, video games, home appliances, enterprise software, food products, aircraft, and sports leagues.
