Economic Consulting & Testimony
I have always made it my priciple objective to apply economic principles to complex problems. My work over the past 12 years has focused on the areas of finance and damages, energy, and antitrust. This includes providing consulting services to numerous top law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
My consulting efforts have provided clients with independent economic evaluations throughout the litigation process, from the early stages of discovery to trial. This includes estimating the economic impact of proposed regulations and mergers, and have worked with attorneys in responding to second requests (both DOJ and FTC).
I have testified at deposition and trial in federal court regarding damages as a result of the loss of a right to petition regarding potential future taking of property via eminent domain.
