I live in Burke, Virginia with my wonderful wife, Michelle and two children (11 and 9). I enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports (running, biking, and basketball) and reading. I also enjoyed coaching my son's baseball team this past spring.
From 1991 to 2001, I played competitive ultimate (Frisbee) during which time I met my wife, who used to practice with my team in South Carolina. I also played with teams in Virginia, New Orleans/Baton Rouge, LA, San Diego, and Washington DC through my playing years. We lived in Los Angeles for about two years before returning to the Washington, DC area in 2001.
